Who we are

What we collect

If you email us or book a call we hold your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you tell us about your business. We use this to reply, to quote and, if you become a client, to do the work and invoice you.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you. We see page views, referrers and rough location by country.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Embedded booking tools may set their own when you use them.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except services we need to run the business: email, accounting (Xero), and our partner Pure Marketing if you ask about advertising. We never sell data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for 6 years after the last invoice, as HMRC requires.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. Email hello@elysiumcode.co.uk.
